Comments
Comments: I always wanted to ski to the trail jct. of Cedar Brook Tr. and the Hancock Loop Tr. I finally did it. The trail has been packed so well by previous hikers. (see Big Earl's report in VFTT and Al Dwyers group, plus 1 Happy Hiker and friends did part of the hike. I skied to the Cedarbrook Tr. and Hancock Loop jct. Went up the North Hancock Loop and found it easy to get up there with my snowshoes. As previous hiking reports I had a great time butt glissading down from South Hancock. It took me about half an hour to ski out from Cedarbrook jct. to the Kanc. Never have seen the trails in such great conditions.
