Comments
Comments: Hot start but humidity was oppressive today. Minimal breeze made for a nasty day. No rain when I was out but skies threatened for the later half of hike. Areas of mud will only worsen with Sunday’s rain. Lots of folks out doing the Loop. Passed on Avalon as the views weren’t promising. Very slick rocks heading down Avalon Trail.
