Plenty of parking at the ski area. Noticed 19MB was essentially full by 7:00AM, and a few cars at Imp trailhead. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
No crossings yet wet feet most of the day, |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
I don't recall any issues on Imp or North Carter trails. There may have been a couple blowdowns on C-M but not real issues. Wildcat Ridge between A and D had a few though, one where there is a bit of a heard path starting from those taking the easy way around (would benefit from some limbing).
One of the bog bridges on WCR has both planks broken. The water was high enough today that you would likely need to get a foot wet. It's important to keep in mind that a step on the short side of the sleeper could result in something like a Sideshow Bob rake gag situation. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Many happy pups today. There is plenty of water on trails for them to drink and/or lay in. |
|
| Bugs: |
Bugs were not much of an issue. |

| Comments: |
The trails are wet and slick as expected. Lots of slugs on the rocks and logs, anywhere that looks like a good spot to place your hand will certainly have at least one slug hanging out. Higher up on Polecat it is heavily eroded. Many muddy spots and slick/greasy sections. The lower half has been repaired and is good shape. |
