It’s hard to say if there are drainage issues or we’ve just had a ridiculous run of wet weather… |

Lots of well-behaved pups on the trail today including one named Daisy who decided to roll around in the mud. Daisy had white fur beforehand… |

Deer flies were annoying unless we were moving. |

The reported mud wasn’t too bad until we got caught in an hour-long downpour on the way down at which point the entire trail became a stream and the previously manageable mud became a quagmire. We were glad we brought a change of clothes… |
