Comments
Comments: Used Microspikes roundtrip. About an inch or two of powder on top of an ice base - generally frozen granular ice, but also plenty of blue and black ice. Microspikes skidded a few times (in ski glade and upper boulder sections due to blue ice underneath powder), but otherwise were ideal. Not enough snow to warrant snowshoes yet, but 6" more snowpack would be enough.
