None, but the brook along the lower portion of the trail was flowing at a good rate. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One stepover somewhat near the marked spring. Lots of unmitigated erosion and trail creep. Many waterbars failing. We dug out what we could with our poles, but tools will be needed to clean out properly. |

Some mosquitoes down low and black flies further up. |

 | Comments: |
Trails were pretty mucky this morning. Plenty of mud down low and some puddles up high. Not quite as bad near the transition from hardwoods to softwoods. Lots of wet roots and rocks.
Rain held off this morning, but there was some mist on the ridge on account of being in a cloud.
Cloudy morning with a few breaks of sunlight and temperatures in the 70s. |
