Comments
Comments: I took a quick hike here between monsoon events to check on a few things for the next SNHTG:

+ The parking area is now larger.
+ There's a spiffy new sign at the trailhead entrance (it was easy to drive right by).
+ There's a memorial plaque at the trailhead.

The main hiking trail was quite wet down low with water running straight down and across it. Higher up things were drier but still damp. The ledges were mostly dry. The hiker register is no longer on top. The trees are growing up and are starting to obstruct the views a bit.

I noticed that the other trail on private land that comes up from Cowper Rd. had new plastic blazes and a couple of new signs. I'd been on this trail once before but not for a while. I followed it all the way down and a sign at the trailhead welcomes hikers and requests that they don't block access to the trail. Be cool with parking and respecting the property if you go up this way.
