 | Comments: |
A muddy climb on the Hutman trail to the height of land and then we began the bushwhack to the summit. Woods are rather open. We hit the summit but could not find the jar. We covered the summit cone thoroughly, but no evidence that the jar even existed. Fran was at the summit a few years ago and had a photo of himself with the jar hanging behind him. Someone must have removed it. So, if anyone is headed to Spruce, bring a jar with paper and a pencil inside. |
