 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Roadside parking for several cars but not the best location as it’s basically at the crest of a hill. I was the only car there when I arrived at 5pm and returned at 5:30pm. |

Dry Trail, Wet Trail |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
I don’t recall any. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Hamilton’s Path is blazed in yellow, Great Hill Loop is blazed in red, and Walter’s Way is blazed in orange. Maybe not quite as well blazed as the trails I’d been on earlier in the day but I think that the blazing was still adequate. I don’t recall any blowdowns other than maybe trivial stepovers. Trail signs were in place but I didn’t see one for the Great Hill Loop at the summit so it would be easy to descend along the western half of this by accident rather than Walter’s Way. |
|
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Part or all of these trails are on private property so I’d be careful to follow all rules. I don’t recall whether or not anything was posted about dogs being allowed or not. |
|
 | Bugs: |
I think it was too wet/rainy for any. |

 | Lost and Found: |

Fourth SNH redline of the day after Oak Hill, Broken Ground, and Jerry Hill. I followed the loop as described in the guidebook. Make sure you follow orange blazed Walter’s Way and not the western half of the red blazed Great Hill Loop down. Interesting summit. Nice views but of course I didn’t get to see all of them with low clouds. I don’t recall any mud. Gaia had me at 1.1mi, a little over 100ft of gain, and just under 30min to complete. |
