Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: WR Trail is in fair shape. There are some blowdowns across the trail. One was right at head height (which I found the hard way), had some branch stubs, one of which did give me a small scalp cut. I took the stubs down flush with the trunk with the foldup saw, but the trunk, and several others on the way over to "A," will need a good axe to clear. A set of bog bridges near "A" were either partly under water or would be depressed perhaps 2" under water when stepped on. Between that and the copious flows of water down the ski trail, keeping feet dry needs waterproof boots, not just low trail runners, until things dry out more.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: None encountered.
Bugs
Bugs: None - too cool and breezy today.

Comments
Comments: Lucky break in the showery weather today for an out-and-back hike of the Wildcats with the OTHH. Saw a few other folks up on the ridge, but otherwise things were quiet.
