One clamber-over blowdown just below treeline on Airline. It’s a chainsaw project, but a small one. |

OH MY GOSH SAVE YOURSELVES!! The black flies are horrible, particularly on the Adams summit. Even with wind. They are small but when they bite it still hurts. It was windy today, but they didn’t care. |

Always a great day to head up to Adams. Stopped by the Madison Hut and met this year’s Croo - what a terrific group! Other than the black fly abomination on the Adams summit, it was a fine day!!
Note: there is no longer snow of any sort of concern on the listed trails. |
