Comments
Comments: This was a loop incorporating a bushwhack up the guitar slide. Lincoln Woods trail is in normal shape. Franconia Brook is lovely (soft tread, ahhhh). No snow until on West Bond Spur. We carried spikes, but didn’t need them. The monorail on WBS was unstable in the warm afternoon weather. Once on Bondcliff Trail, there was much less snow. Some unavoidable snow climbing up Bond, but nothing terrible. The trails were clear of snow from Bond’s summit, to Bondcliff, and out to the car.
