Early Friday morning the AMC Center lot was almost empty. A few cars had arrived by the time we returned. |

Hydration is mostly by snow. Minimal ice and snow depths not too deep. Not real cold today |

| Comments: |
Conditions Friday were better than anticipated. There is a small amount of ice here and there but nothing significant even on the final climb to the summit. Snow about 2" at trailhead, 6"-8" from Mizpah cutoff up. Just below the treeline it was about a foot deep, probably from drifting. Above the summit the trail had largely been blown clear of snow. |
