Comments
Comments: Lots of people and dogs on the trail today. Some used light traction. Some didn’t. Lots of snow and monorail once you get to elevation. The sun was warm today and everything got super soft. Everyone postholing everywhere and since there was such high traffic the monorail was getting super stomped. Quite frankly because of the softness snowshoes would have been appropriate for heavier hikers like me. 360 view up top. Windy cool and sunny with a little haze. We walked bikes up to the trail head and glided downhill 2 miles on return.
