Comments
Comments: Went counter-clockwise this time. Put the spikes on about a 1/4 mile from Passaconaway summit...took them off not far after that and kept them off the rest of the hike. The worse section was Rollins trail where there's still quite a bit of snow and monorail. Lots of post holes and the rail ain't that wide but its firm if you stay on the straight and narrow. Going clockwise seemed harder but its not longer or more elevation gain...it seemed that Rollins was twice as long in this direction. I saw no one else on the Rollins trail which is understandable. The ledges going down blueberry were snow and ice free and no problem.
