Comments
Comments: Long Day. Met Robie at Crawford Notch at 3am. We started at 4am with the hope of coming out before dark on the other end.

There is ice sporadically everywhere along the route but generally with a little caution it can avoided. We still carried micro spikes and crampons. Lots of wind everywhere on the ridge.

Brilliant day but saw very few people. When we came off the back of Pierce we put on microspikes and wore them until we got half way down Jackson Brook all of which was quite slick 60% of the time. Nice Sunset on Jackson. Finished in the dark going out at 5:45pm. congratulation to Robie on being Mid Grid.
