 | Comments: |
Trail started out as wet ground with some mud and wet rock. Significant ice and snow started somewhere around 2500’. Trail was very stable and micro spikes did the trick. Only a couple of short stretches where there were breaks in the snow and you have to take off spikes or take a couple steps on rocks to get across back to the snow. Up high the rocks were encased in ice with a couple of large puddles hidden underneath. Overall conditions made for pretty fast hiking, no complaints. |
