Comments
Comments: Blueberry Ledge trail pretty clear to the ledges. Ledges were clear with some ice holding in the crevasses making passage easier. Put on traction at about 3100’ for icy old monorail mostly gone. At 3300’, deep snow with elevated mostly stable monorail. Rollins trail to Passaconaway was rough — elevated monorail like walking a balance beam with soft snow for postholing knee-hip deep if you miss the beam. Snowshoes would help. Many blowdowns. DM up to Passaconaway elevated monorail, soft snow, postholing, and not much purchase in the afternoon. Below 3100’ on DM clear and mostly dry except for a few muddy, wet sections.
