Comments
Comments: Could not have been better trail conditions than we had today. Barebooted entire day. Few muddy spots on LWT and lower half of Bondcliff. Minimal ice near top and at brook crossings. Stick for balance to feel out rock surfaces was sufficient. Lots of nice dry trail and just a trace of snow.

Great views and less wind than expected. Met 4 other hikers; nice chatting with all. NH48/48 for 2011, thanks Emerel for the company. Another great day in the Whites! Also congrats to Wolfgang on Jefferson for his accomplishment on this fine day.
