About 200 feet up towards Jackson after the split for Webster, there’s a messy pine tree down. A big saw or axe could remove it. Too big for a silky saw. |

Easy trail for pups |

Thankfully none yet |

 | Lost and Found: |
Just some micro trash, we packed out what we saw. Earth Day today, figured we would do the right thing. |

Needed a quick one this morning since we plan to get cleaned up and go to AMC awards night to collect our NE67 scrolls with our crew tonight. Perfect peak for it. Carried our spikes for about .5 mile and then figured it was best to wear them the rest of the trip till we got back down to the same point. Trail was mix of mud and dry with avoidable ice at first but as we headed up more old monorail started to appear and then after the split to Webster, it was pretty much a trip to Disney World, rode the monorail most of the way from this point. We were glad it was mostly stable and about 10 inches wide still. Rock spikes were perfect, no need for snowshoes this morning. Summit rocks are bare. |
