Bridges are pretty much gone for the season. Don’t even think about trying to keep your feet dry. |

The first mile or so is clear but wet. From there on all the way to tree line it’s a mess and will just get worse, with warm temps and heavy traffic. At least for now, snowshoes are the way to go and don’t wait too long to put them on. Rely on Microspikes at your own peril: death from a thousand post-holes! |
