Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The crossing is very high where the Red from Sunset Lake meets up with the end of the blue trail. I went a ways upstream to find a way across.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: On the Red & Yellow, just as it leaves Sunset Lake the is both a large step-under and a large step-over. There's one more step-over a 1/4 mile or so before reaching the water crossing. On the Blue, there's a step-over just north of Old Stage. On the Mack Ridge (Lower) there are couple of step-overs.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one while I was clearing fallen trees (left the widowmaker in place) on the Red just after departing from Sunset Lake.
Bugs
Bugs: None
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None

Comments
Comments: The South-facing trails are all pretty much entirely snow free. Looking around at the top of Anna, both towards Mack and towards S. Straightback, it would be slow going today and probably tomorrow (but maybe not much longer), regardless of footwear choice. Soon, the snow will all be gone.
