Started at about 7:30 am and the trail was packed well until the afternoon. The snow exposed to the sun became really slushy and the last 2 miles of the hike the trail was destroyed. Postholes everywhere and slush fest. With the heat wave coming up next week I wouldn’t recommend doing this hike for a while. The views at the top were amazing. Clear, windy and cold day. Perfect for a hike |
