Comments
Comments: Deep blue nearly cloudless skies with warm spring sun. Crisp dry air with brisk wind on the summit. Easy crusty sidewalk trail most of the way with a few postholes here and there on the side of the trail. Little irregular up top before getting out above treeline. We all wore Hillsounds roundtrip with our snowshoes on our packs. Fine views all around for both one new hiker and our regular veterans. New foster dog's first hike did great and seemed to love being with us. Hoping for a few more hikes with similar conditions before the trail conditions deteriorate. Kestrel: T=24, W=22, WC=0
