Comments
Comments: Was a bit disappointed to have to rely on All-Trails instead NE or NH Trail reports for the most recent trail report on the Webster Branch and WCT, but am so glad I checked! Trail conditions were absolutely perfect for spikes only today. Hard packed concrete for nearly the entire loop. Webster Cliff was choppier than the rest of the loop, but the temps had the track firm and a breeze to walk-on. The toughest part was being on top of 4-5’ of snow pack and the continuous branches in the face. Bring snowshoes.

Met many terrific folks out enjoying the blue skies today. Both summits were gusty, and thank you to the two ladies trying to find the Webster Cliff Tr that I was just coming up, who gave me a heads up about a “golden spot” out of the wind on the east side of the Jackson summit. I could have stayed there all day!
