What a great day to grab this one. Who doesn't like a hard packed super highway with no exposed ankle breaking rocks or soaked feet? Wore spikes there and back again. I carried snowshoes expecting some trail softness on my return which didn't happen. There are moose footprints as previously reported on the upper level part of RB to the EH junction and for a stretch beyond - they're easier to make out on the return trip. All previous postholes are easily avoidable. Great to chat with Ry-mon, Ed, Jim and Chris on top while enjoying the amazing clear views. |
