Trail is pretty firm starting this morning as long as you walked in the middle. Were able to use spikes on the way up however put on the snowshoes on the way down. Going up I stepped a foot off the trail to let a hiker pass and sank up to my hip. Most people were using their snowshoes today so the trail was improving as we descended.
The iron loop on the top rock is now broken. It can usually help give you a hand hold to pull yourself up to the cement foundation. It was of no use today.
