| Comments: |
Trail looked packed so we wore micro spikes starting out and quickly reverted to snowshoes after realizing we were leaving post holing [thank you!]. The high winds were definitely creating drifting. It was a warm day around 30 degrees with 40 MPH winds which we appreciated from keeping us from overheating. Great day on the trail and perfect hike on such a windy day. |
