Snowshoes are mandatory as the trail is loosely broken out and still very soft. I wore them from start to finish as the trail is not supportive after all the fresh snow. It was a beautiful blue bird day but the winds were howling near the hut and up to the summit. This is peak #47/48 for me for a single season winter 48, just one more to go, see you soon George! |
