Comments
Comments: The blue trail and Ridge trails were well packed, but were softening as the day warmed up. I used snowshoes the whole time. Other hikers I encountered were 50/50 spikes/snowshoes. Both would be fine on those trails.
Benjamin Weeks was unbroken since the last storm. The loop towards the bottom hadn’t seen traffic since before that. I had some very pleasant, soft, fluffy snow all to myself. That’s the true joy of snowshoeing, gliding through a layer of powder, so soft and forgiving, nothing jolting your joints on the descent. Pure bliss.
Yellow trail had yesterday’s snow on it, so I descended that one because I like powder.

To sum up, Benjamin weeks needs more snowshoes on it. But all the trails will after tomorrow’s snow, so never mind.
