Comments
Comments: Out and back via the Pine Bend Brook Trail; trail was well packed out and in great condition...Hillsounds all the way...that will change today I presume with the new snow. Saw 6 others hiking, one backpacker out for the night, 2 exceptionally fast trail runners(!) who hit both summits before I even reached North Tripyramid...one step at a time for me! All-in-all a warmish day with sun and views. Notes: the ridge around where Pine Bend meets Scaur was a bit drifted obscuring the trail, if not for the folks before me it might have been difficult to follow.
