Comments
Comments: What a day! Prime conditions for bushwhacking. The only person we saw all day was the snowmobile trail groomer. Incredible. Hard packed snow after the thaw/freeze this week and snowshoes kept us on top of the snow all day. Encountered some sketchy ice covered cliffs going up the captain but we were not deterred. Other than that it was smooth sailing all day. If you’re headed up Carrigain tomorrow via signal ridge you’ll be fine with spikes in the am but with the afternoon warm up tomorrow you may need shoes.
