Comments
Comments: For the waterfall on Precipice, microspikes or crampons might be better than snowshoes. We got through on snowshoes but some of the detours to avoid hard ice got sketchy.
The ridgeline is all breakable crust, or unbreakable crust in places. From the junction with BRT through the Quarries to NS, it's moderately packed after three of us, but there are still places where a big person will go through the crust. NS to Straightback is well packed.
From Straightback through Blueberry Pasture is actually all snowmobile track, we hadn't realized. Only saw one sled party, though, not a problem.
