Comments
Comments: [Pre-storm report] Bare booted the first 1/4ish mile on Gale River Road until the first junction, then switched to snowshoes all the way to the summit. The fresh few inches of snow were just enough to need snowshoes. 5-6 other folks on the trail today who also helped pack down the loose powder. Switched to microspikes from the summit all the way back down. Trail is packed and no postholes. With upcoming snow you'll very likely need snowshoes for this one!
