Comments
Comments: trail in nice shape down below , leafy in spots..crossings were dry and easy..mossy climb up the ravine slippery at best with some light snow cover thrown in ..once to the ridge the scar col section was gorgeous..very little snow here. Upper Pine Bend challenging is spots with some frozen granular and icy spots tho we managed without traction just fine..by descent some icy spots had melted which made it easier. Ridge between the peaks in great shapes..views from the various outlooks were very nice today..blustery along the ridge but fairly warm so never really a factor.. Very fun day out with Cynthia and Ali
