Welp the conditions were crazy for January. Icy first 1/2 mile like the other report. We barebooted all the way. I carried my snowshoes but it was so solid it would have been overkill. Spikes would be very sufficient as a few slippery spots. A little wind on top and socked in. Saw only 3 people once we left South and 2 before we even got to bald. Nice day out! |
