Comments
Comments: Today was absolutely AMAZING!!! Hillsounds start to finish, did not even carry the shoes [a good idea to have them between Pierce and Eisenhower). Crawford Connector was packed down nice, still some bare areas up the middle of the trail in a small section, and Crawford Path is packed down with a really nice track! A bit of blue ice in a few sections, but Hillsounds were fine, and easy to maneuver around if wanted to. After the jct to Pierce, heading to Eisenhower, on Crawford Path and Eisenhower Connector there was not as much of a track, but still packed down nice. On my descent there were a lot of hikers heading over to Eisenhower and as I continued the trail was definitely getting a nice track. Sweet trail conditions today!!!
