Comments
Comments: The entire Tuckerman/Lions Head route up Washington was a well-packed sidewalk from bottom to top, save for a few icy areas and a stretch of Lions Head that got soft and sticky from the sunlight hitting it. Wore light traction the entire hike- my snowshoes, crampons, and ice axe never left my pack.

The weather ended up being significantly better than what the MWOBS forecast was calling for- never expected the clouds to break at all, but they did and gave way to an undercast, no wind, a temperature inversion, and amazing views of the Tuckerman Ravine/Boott Spur areas. This was my sixth time hiking Washington in winter, and it ended up being one of my favorite hikes of the mountain in general.

Thanks to Billy for tagging along and being great company!
