Comments
Comments: Whiteface, Passaconway clockwise loop. Bare Boot to about 3600 feet on Whiteface. A bit slippery in spots but needed to bareboot the first ledge on Blueberry. After that spikes on across to Passaconway. Most of the ledge sections are a mix of bare rock and ice. A bit tough navigating the second ledge. Rollins after the main lookout on Whiteface is mostly packed down with scattered deep postholes. I noticed Kate Sleeper trail was broken out as I went by. Ascent up to Passaconway was a mix of wet trail, snow and ice. Coming down Dicey's was icy, took my spikes off around the 2200 foot range and bare booted the rest of the way. Overall it is current set up with a late spring vibe.
