Comments
Comments: Road walk to trail, caution as this is an active snowmobile corridor. Snowshoes on all day. The 3 of us broke out the Ledge Trail, little bit of everything. Deep drifts, bare rock, ice. Slow going but not terrible. Once at the bench lookout, trail had been broken out. Snowmobiles can climb to the old foundation so-be aware. Lunch at shelter, great views all day. Quick to Chapel Rock, always a beautiful spot. Very warm here with warm wind. Nice hike out. Looked like someone else followed our trail break, so Ledge Trail should be good to go...for now.
