Comments
Comments: The Snowshoes were on the bag the whole time free ride never needed them. Microspikes on from car/ Road talk to Trailhead to summit and back down. The temps were in the low teens when I started the hike at 7:20am. There was a nice snow pack under my feet the whole time great traction with the spikes. Felt the temp change and added a layer at the junction.
Very minor post holing maybe 5 times. was very careful. I don't like to post-hole that much [but it all ads up!]. Was on summit for two minutes and made my way back down. The crossings were fine on the way down as well.
