| Water Crossing Notes: |
These were quite difficult on both trails. Hardest crossing was on Nineteen Mile Brook trail just after the turn off for Mt Hight. Humans made it across with dry feet with a few leaps of faith. Dog really struggled to find a stable place to leap from. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Water crossings were very challenging for dogs (one human ended up with very wet feet to help get the dog across that last water crossing). Also, there is some standing water on the trail, which lead to wet paws and frozen snow balls caught in our dog's paws. He was quite a trooper, but I would recommend waiting for the water crossings to freeze over before bringing a dog on this trip. |

| Comments: |
Summits were windy but beautiful. Overall a good hike, but a bit more of an adventure with water crossings than we had anticipated. |
