Comments
Comments: Broke Unknown Pond trail in unpacked powder anywhere from 2" to 8" deep. Very slow going to Unknown Pond. - 3 miles in 3 hours. There wasn't any recent activity on the KRT however the base was solid with 1 to 2" of snow on top. I took the KRT to 3300 Ft up the Bulge & Horn then ran out of energy and time 0.5 mi from the ridge.
