A great trail for core muscle workout as you stagger about though the hard-frozen bareboot tracks, lengthy washout streams in trail, icy rock hopping, crusted puddles and surprise rushing water beneath, snow humps and ice flows (formerly storm-associated waterfalls), and, up higher, the baby drifts and wind-polished ice! A wonderful winter day workout. Enjoyed it all but turned back before the summit as this full-body workout took a lot longer than I planned. A good snowfall will come soon and smooth out all of this.t |
