Comments
Comments: Trail from Crawford Connector to Crawford Path to Pierce intersection was broken out nicely consolidated snow, I used microspikes. Crawford path to Eisenhower was broken out after Sat storm, but new snow and drifting created the need to break out the trail so I used snowshoes. There were three other people with snowshoes and one person bare booting it behind us ripping up the trail. Suggestion would be to use snowshoes on this trail until the snow is packed down. Webster Cliff trail to Jackson, broken out trail from big storm but new loose snow, kept the snowshoes on. Tough getting up Jackson final ascent in a couple of spots as the the ledge was icy under the snow and difficult getting traction. Webster Jackson trail broken out nicely, but soft, kept snowshoes on until Rte 302.
