Began at 730 am so everything was frozen the entire way, I only wore approach shoes and had to use microspikes for just a short stretch after about a mile or so. Great day to be out.
I'd advise going with boots in warmer temps. It appeared there would be some wet spots and a short muddy stretch near the summit. |
