Comments
Comments: Did this with trailslippah. Took 12 hours. Rough stuff.

Wet down low. Barebooted to black pond. Snow shoes after that until about 1/4 mile from trailhead, with the exception on Brutus decent, where I wore hillsounds, but bareboot would have worked just as well.

Turned into powder on black pond. There's no base and not even much ice under the snow on this route. There's no good traction option, but I think snow shoes worked best. Hopefully it hardens up and fills in soon.

On the return, Lincoln woods was concrete. Still a little exposed mud in the normal spots.

This finished my second round, only 4 more to finish round 3. First single year 48 for me.

Please respect our work and wear snowshoes!
