Comments
Comments: Great day out. Trails dry, frozen or lightly snow packed. Little thawing at end of afternoon causing a few muddy spots. Met many nice people; hiked down with young couple who had missed Falling Waters jct. and gave them ride back up to Lafayette CG. Hope their trip up to Lonesome Lake and night went well.

At least 10 had taken Flume Slide up saying it was quite icy with one injuring arm on slip but made it out OK. Great views, good company, little wind, dry trails (no traction seen on anyone today). Looking forward to tommorow on Garfield!
