A bonified luge fest above 3000'...Microspkes on the ascent...felt safer with full crampons on the descent. Stiff cold wind on the summit...hence balaclava and goggles. Some of the toughest trail conditions i've seen on glencliff. Properly outfitted so our group of 4 made short work of both peaks...stayed a bit on the summit to embellish the views..Need (some) of that buffalo snow to filter in our way if you know what i mean...Another epic journey to the mighty moose... |
