Two little streams can be crossed by hopping rock to rock; a few of the rocks had black ice |

Nothing to mention. Parts of the trail are quite eroded but apparently it’s not a recent development. |

There were multiple dogs not under the command of their owners, quite annoying considering there’s a sign at the trailhead informing everyone of that expectation |

The trail had all sorts of seasonal surface conditions. I made it to the look-off point without traction but put on spikes for the return to the car. |
